Beware of the Regulators!
Once again, the hot topic is the water supply in Fayette County. The Fayette County Groundwater Conservation District gave a presentation on the water supply and answered questions. The bottom line? There is plenty of water, yet they still seem to be looking for ways to restrict growth using water & subdivision regulations (minimum lot size).
In other news, I petition the Court over unreasonable flood regulations and we get closer to finding out what happened with the courthouse security breach!
